Terms of delivery and general information about online shopping

pouches.com products are sold by NB ONLINE SP. Z O.O.

We only sell products to individuals of legal age.

The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

To order

Products are ordered online at killasnus.store via the shopping cart. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions of delivery in force for each order.

Order confirmation

We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, where you will see, among other things, the order number.

Delivery time

We will post the ordered products as quickly as possible. Deliveries are sent directly from the warehouse normally within 1 working day of receipt of the order. Products in stock are delivered to the customer within 2-3 working days. In case of abnormal delivery times, we will contact the customer. Nicobros OÜ is not liable for any delay caused by the postal service or any other supplier.

Delivery method and delivery costs

Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can view the delivery costs after you have selected the payment and delivery method for your shopping cart.

Exchange and return conditions

Products ordered from killasnus.store's online service have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act (38/1978). The product to be returned must be in its original unopened packaging and must be in saleable condition and unused.

For unclaimed returned products, we charge a 25 euro freight charge, which is deducted from the refund amount.
